The challenge
Orders, stock lots and shipping paperwork lived in disconnected spreadsheets; mistakes surfaced only when a shipment was already at the port.
What we did
Business System package: order pipeline with status tracking, lot and inventory management, auto-generated packing lists and export documents, a customer portal for order status, dashboards for management, and integration with the accounting software.
The result
One source of truth from order to shipment, documents generated in a click, and management dashboards that show margins per order in real time.
