Workforce platform for an Israeli construction company

The challenge

The company needed one place to run its whole workforce: recruiting and onboarding workers, staffing several projects at once, housing, tools and vehicles, and keeping every passport, visa and permit date under control. With people, documents and assets spread across different places, shift clashes, last-minute staffing gaps and missed renewals were a constant risk.

What we did

We designed and built a custom web platform around the company's operations. Every worker is tracked from lead to onboarding, project assignment and accommodation. Projects carry their staffing requirements, progress and deadlines; tools and vehicles are assigned and locked to projects; housing is managed slot by slot. Daily automatic alerts flag expiring passports and permits, approaching deadlines and role shortages, and automated emails keep everyone informed. Admins, directors, project leaders and employees each get their own view, with PDF and Excel reports and a full audit trail. We then turned the platform into Manpower OS: a private workspace per company with GPS and selfie check-in, hours to payroll, shift scheduling, transport, a worker mobile app, a WhatsApp AI HR assistant and 8 languages including right-to-left.

The result

The client's team now saves time every week and day-to-day work is simpler. No document expiry has been missed, tasks happen on time, shifts run without conflicts, and running costs went down because so many repetitive tasks are now automated. The same platform now powers Manpower OS for construction contractors, staffing agencies and foreign-worker employers.
