Project Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we run projects from kick-off to handover so you always know what to expect and when. It applies to website, e-commerce, branding, design and video projects; ongoing monthly services follow the cadence in your proposal.

Last updated 17 August 2026

1. Delivery phases

  • Discover — kick-off call, goals, audience, content and access checklist.
  • Diagnose / Plan — sitemap, wireframes, storyboard or creative direction for your approval.
  • Build — design and development, creative production or editing.
  • Review — you receive staging links or preview files and give consolidated feedback.
  • Launch / Handover — final files, go-live, training session and documentation.
  • Compound — post-launch support under the Maintenance Policy or your retainer.

2. Typical timelines

Timelines start when the advance payment is received and required content and access are provided. Typical durations, subject to scope and feedback speed:

  • Business & portfolio websites: 1–4 weeks.
  • E-commerce websites: 2–4 weeks for standard stores (50–100 products); 3–6+ weeks for large catalogues, custom features or integrations.
  • Branding kit / identity: 2–4 weeks including a brand book.
  • Design packages: 3–10 days depending on tier.
  • Motion video: 1–8 days per package tier. AI video: 1–10 days per package tier.
  • Advertising campaigns: account setup and first campaigns live within 5–7 business days of receiving access and creatives.

3. Content and access dependencies

Most delays are caused by waiting for content — copy, images, product data, logins. We provide a checklist at kick-off. If content is not received within 10 business days of a request, we may pause the project and reschedule it into the next available slot. Content writing and photography can be added to any project as an extra.

4. Reviews and approvals

  • We ask for consolidated feedback from one nominated decision-maker per review round.
  • Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds; feedback should be provided within 5 business days.
  • Approval may be given by email or by replying to the review link. Silence for more than 10 business days after a review is treated as approval of that stage so the project can proceed.
  • Changes requested after approval of a stage are change requests and may affect timeline and cost.

5. Launch and handover

  • Websites: DNS/go-live is coordinated with you, followed by a training session and admin credentials. You receive full ownership on final payment.
  • Branding & design: final files in the formats stated in your package (JPG/PNG/PDF; source files where included).
  • Video: delivered in Full HD (4K on request) via download link, in the orientations stated in your package, with unlimited usage rights.
  • Advertising: you keep full admin ownership of your ad accounts; we operate as a partner/employee within them.

6. If we are late

If a delay is caused by us, we will tell you as soon as we know, give you a revised date, and prioritise your project. If a delay is caused by missing content, slow feedback or scope changes, the timeline extends accordingly. Force-majeure events (power or connectivity failures beyond our control, platform outages, natural events) pause timelines without penalty to either party.

7. Acceptance

A project is complete when the final deliverables are provided and either approved by you or 10 business days pass without written objection. Post-launch fixes for defects that existed at delivery are covered under the Maintenance Policy; new requests are quoted separately.
